We have the highest number per capita in the world. Juries award ridiculous amounts to so-called victims. Our court dockets are jammed with frivolous lawsuits. People don’t seem to be held accountable for their own actions. In a radio program called “you be the judge,” one lady called in and said “we can’t idiot proof the world”.<br /><br />We’re in danger of making it too expensive to be in business for fear of lawsuits.
